Elena Rivera

Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Ms. Rivera joined Renfro Design Group, Inc. in 2005. Ms. Rivera attended New York City Technical College in Brooklyn where she majored in Architectural Technology. Prior to joining, Ms. Rivera gained experience as a bookkeeper and executive assistant with a variety of Architects in many diverse industries.

Ms. River’s role at Renfro Design Group is to manage and maintain financial records, office and employee insurances, and HR compliances; as well as organize, administer, and facilitate the day-to-day business activities for the company.

While attending New York City Technical College, Elena assisted in the design and presentation of schemes for the remodeling of streetscapes for the Washington Avenue Merchants Association (WAWA). Her duties included research for materials, drawing elevations, and perspective renderings and drawings for presentation purposes. She has applied this “hands-on “experience as a platform for good customer service as a bookkeeper.

Her computer abilities and architectural background have given her a unique advantage for managing a design office as well as an understanding of Renfro Design Group’s collaboration with various Architects. Ms. Rivera is also a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and The American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB).
